Who We Are
The Pollination Project (TPP) is an international nonprofit organization whose mission is to spark goodness and compassion in every person through a daily practice of generosity and grantmaking. As of 2019, TPP has awarded 3,500+ grants totaling more than $4 million in over 110 countries.
What We Do
We make micro grants 365 days a year to global change agents who seek to spread compassion in their communities and in the world for the benefit of all. We also make larger impact grants of up to $5,000 to projects that have demonstrated ongoing impact and success. Our grantees have gone on to win prestigious international awards, secure large government and foundation grants, and garner national and international media attention.
What Makes Us Different
We know there are many ways to approach changing the world. It is our belief that uplifting and empowering individuals and community-based organizations at the grassroots-level who would not likely qualify for funding from other foundations or institutions is a particularly potent way to achieve real and long-lasting change.

PersonalThe Pollination Project values “compassion consciousness.”
Compassion consciousness means we think through and acknowledge the impact of our choices and our work: from the food we eat, to the questions we ask, to the office supplies we use, to the projects we fund and, ultimately, to the institutions and systems we challenge.
As we are deeply interconnected to all life, we play an integral role in supporting or obstructing its ability to thrive, through our thoughts, words, and deeds. Every person has the potential and power to transform our world, and that change starts with ourselves. As we are, so our work is.
Compassion consciousness includes lifting up the oppressed, the unseen and the voiceless. Expanding compassion towards ALL life: human and non-human, is our highest intention.
